Recently, WhatsApp Launches its new app called WhatsApp free Business App for Big, Medium and Small Enterprises.
Soon, WhatsApp will monetize its free messaging app by charging large enterprise business to better communicate with their customers.
Whatsapp will offer Free App to Small and Medium sized businesses.
WhatsApp has over 1 Billion customers all over the world, and According to the company, it is already being used informally many enterprises, Small business to connect with their clients through their new app.

Whatsapp Business App is for small companies and as well as an enterprises company, to interact with their customers and clients to inform and Notify for their reports, flight times, delivery confirmations, and other updates.
Facebook has owned the Whatsapp for $19.3 billion in 2014 and managing it since then; Facebook has already announced earlier that it will start showing verified profiles for some businesses like Banks, Airlines, Malls, Movie theatres etc.
So they can interact with the customers directly through their Verified Messaging Account.

WhatsApp has also announced its Closed Pilot Program, and it is a program in which they are verifying the business accounts and adding a green checkmark label on WhatsApp profile to distinguish them from personal and fake accounts.
WhatsApp has already started testing verified accounts for businesses a week ago. The conversations with business are encrypted, and they can be blocked. Suppose if a business is not already in your phone number list, so its name will appear as whatever they(business Company) register themselves as instead for their number.
Perhaps WhatsApp could charge enterprises like “Airlines, E-Commerce sites, Banks and local Business etc” to have multiple representatives managing an account or sending high volumes of messages to their customers. They can also charge for their Artificial Intelligence bot functionality or e-commerce transactions.

WhatsApp has already confirmed in an interview that businesses on the app will have a green tick which means they are verified, and the official authorised account. The company also says that the chats between the users and business will be end-to-end encrypted. In some cases, providers will be able to read the messages sent by the user to the business.
